The dashboard has a sidebar on the left to move between sections and a top bar with notifications, language and your account. This tour shows what lives where so you can find things fast.
The sidebar
The first group is your day-to-day work:
- Home: what needs attention right now (unread WhatsApp chats, calls with contact details to review, the state of your knowledge base) and your main numbers for the period. See Home overview.
- Conversations: your WhatsApp inbox. A badge shows when there are unread chats. See WhatsApp inbox.
- Calls: every call your assistants handled, with summary, transcript and tags. See Call log.
- Reports: how your calls and conversations are going over the period you choose. See Reports and metrics.
Under the Settings heading you configure things:
- Assistants: one card per assistant (phone, WhatsApp or tickets) and the setup checklist. See Your assistants.
- Knowledge base: the website your assistants learn from, plus each assistant's own notes. See Website knowledge base.
- Team: invite colleagues and manage their access. Only admins see this item. See Invite and manage your team.
- Settings: notifications on this device, language and your account details. See Settings, language and notifications.
At the bottom, Help & guides has the ways to contact Edenia and shows your dashboard version.
Collapse the sidebar
On a computer, click the double arrow at the bottom of the sidebar (Collapse menu) to shrink it to icons only, and click it again (Expand menu) to bring the labels back. The dashboard remembers your choice on that device.
In Conversations, the sidebar starts as icons so the chat list, the chat and the customer details all fit on screen.
On your phone
On a phone, the sidebar is hidden. Tap the menu button (three lines, Open menu) at the top left to open it, then tap a section to go there.
The top bar
The top bar shows the name of the page you're on and three buttons on the right:
- Notifications (bell): a dot means you have unread WhatsApp chats. Open it and choose Open conversations to go straight to the inbox. If there's nothing new, it says No new notifications.
- Language: shows ES or EN. Pick Español or English to switch the whole dashboard.
- Account (your initial): shows your company and your email, and has Log out.
The bell only shows what's waiting while the dashboard is open. To get an alert on your phone or computer for each new WhatsApp message, even when the dashboard is closed, install the app and turn on notifications.
Good to know
- What you see depends on your role. For example, Team only appears for admins. See User roles.
- To change your company name or your user, contact Edenia from Help & guides.
- A banner may appear at the top of the page inviting you to install the app or turn on notifications. Close it with the X if you don't need it now; you can always turn notifications on later in Settings.
