You get into the dashboard with an invitation sent to your email. Accept it once to create your account, then sign in any time at https://ai-agent.edenia.cloud with your email and password, or with Google.
Accept your invitation
- Open the email titled "You've been invited to join" followed by your company name, and click Accept Invitation.
- The Complete Registration page opens with your email already filled in. You can't change it: the account is created for the address that received the invitation.
- Choose how you'll sign in:
- With a password: type it in the password field and click Complete Registration.
- With Google: click Sign up with Google and choose the Google account that uses the same email as the invitation.
- You'll see Account created successfully! and you're in.
Password rules
Your password needs:
- At least 12 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- A number
- A special character (for example
!,#or?)
The page shows these rules as you type, so you can see which ones are still missing.
Sign in
- Go to https://ai-agent.edenia.cloud.
- Type your Email and Password and click Sign in, or click Sign in with Google.
The ES / EN switch at the top of the sign-in page changes the language. You can change it again later inside the dashboard.
Error messages
| Message | What it means |
|---|---|
| Invalid user or password | The email or password is wrong. Check for typos and caps lock. |
| There's no account for this email yet. Ask an admin for an invite, then accept it before signing in. | That email (or Google account) never accepted an invitation. Ask an admin on your team to invite you, or accept the invitation you already have. |
| This invitation was sent to a different email address… | You tried to sign up with a Google account whose email doesn't match the invitation. Use the Google account for the invited address, or set a password instead. |
| The registration link has expired or is invalid. | Invitations expire; the date is in the email. Ask your admin to send it again with Resend invite. |
| Too many sign-in attempts… | Wait a few minutes before trying again. |
| Invalid session | Your session is no longer valid. Sign in again. |
Forgot your password?
You can't reset your password yourself from the sign-in page yet. Ask an admin on your team or contact Edenia support and we'll help you get back in.
Good to know
- To leave the dashboard, open the account menu (your initial, top right) and choose Log out.
- If you sign in with Google, use the same Google account every time; a different one counts as a different email.
- Only an admin can invite new people. See Invite and manage your team.
