The Calls page lists every call that reached your phone assistants, newest first. Open it from the menu in the dashboard (https://ai-agent.edenia.cloud), use the filters to narrow the list, and tap any row to see the full details.
What each row shows
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Date | Day and time of the call, in the assistant's time zone. If you're viewing all assistants, the assistant's name appears underneath. |
| Caller | Name, company, email and what the caller wanted, when the assistant collected them. See Contact details and CSV export. |
| Duration | How long the call lasted. |
| Status | How the call ended, plus the transfer result if the assistant passed the call to your team. |
| Who answered | AI or Team: who the call went to first. |
| Ticket | The ticket number, if one was opened during the call. |
| Tags | Up to two tags; a +N chip shows the rest when you hover it. |
| Satisfaction | Stars from the caller's survey answers. |
The statuses and the Who answered chip are explained in Call statuses explained.
On smaller screens some columns are hidden to keep the list readable. Everything is still in the detail panel when you open a call. You can also show or hide columns from the column menu; the dashboard remembers your choice on that browser.
Filter the list
Filters sit above the table and can be combined:
- Dates: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or All time.
- Assistant: one assistant or All assistants (only shown if you have more than one).
- Answered by: Answered by: all, Answered by: assistant or Answered by: team.
- Tags: calls with a given tag (only shown when the assistant has tags).
- Not reviewed: only calls nobody has marked as read yet.
- With contact details: only calls where the assistant collected the caller's details.
- With ticket: only calls where a ticket was opened.
Mark calls as reviewed
Use read and unread status to keep track of which calls your team has already looked at.
- Tick the checkbox next to one or more calls.
- Click Mark as read (double check icon) or Mark as unread in the toolbar.
You can also do it for a single call with the button at the bottom of the detail panel.
Click Refresh to load calls that came in while the page was open.
Good to know
- Not reviewed is on by default. When you open Calls you only see calls that haven't been marked as read. If a call "disappears" after you mark it as read, that's why. Turn the filter off to see every call.
- Opening a call doesn't mark it as read. Only the Mark as read buttons do.
- Rows per page can be 10, 20 or 50.
- Calls the team answered without the assistant have no transcript or summary, because the assistant wasn't on the line.
- Test calls you make from the browser with Test Agent don't appear here; only real phone calls do. See Test your assistant.
