You can add the dashboard to your phone or computer like an app and get a notification for every new WhatsApp message. Install it from your browser, then tap Enable to allow notifications. On iPhone, you must install it first: notifications only work from the installed app.
On iPhone or iPad (Safari)
- Open https://ai-agent.edenia.cloud in Safari and sign in.
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
- Close Safari and open the app from your Home Screen (not from Safari).
- When the dashboard asks, tap Enable, then Allow.
On Android or a computer (Chrome or Edge)
- Open https://ai-agent.edenia.cloud and sign in.
- In the banner Install the app on your phone, tap Install app and confirm. You can also use Install in your browser's menu.
- Tap Enable and allow notifications when the browser asks.
On a computer you can also skip installing and just tap Enable: notifications work from the browser tab too.
The installed app opens straight into Conversations.
Check that notifications are on
Go to Settings in the sidebar. Under Notifications there's a small icon:
- Green bell: notifications are on. You'll get one for every new inbound message.
- Bell with a line through it: notifications are off on this device. Click it to turn them on.
- Phone icon (iPhone only): install the app to the Home Screen first, then open it from there.
The same icon appears at the top of the chat list in Conversations.
If notifications are blocked
If you (or someone) chose Block before, the dashboard shows Notifications are blocked for this site and a How to enable button. To fix it:
- Open your browser's site settings for this page (usually the icon to the left of the address).
- Set Notifications to Allow. On a phone, also check that notifications are allowed for the app or browser in the phone's settings.
- Come back to the dashboard and tap Enable.
Good to know
- Each device is separate. Turn notifications on in every phone and computer where you want alerts, and each person on your team turns on their own.
- Brave browser: if you see "This browser cannot register for push notifications", open
brave://settings/privacy, turn on Use Google services for push messaging, restart Brave and try again. Chrome or Edge usually work without changes. - Unsupported browser: if Settings says "This browser doesn't support notifications", use Chrome, Edge or Safari, or install the app on your phone.
- Closing the banner with the X only hides it on that device. You can still turn notifications on from Settings.
- The bell in the top bar is different: it only shows unread chats while the dashboard is open. See Dashboard tour.
