You get eden·IA in three steps: choose a plan on edenia.com, pay (or start the free trial) on CR Servers, and set up your assistant from the invitation you receive by email.
1. Choose a plan
Go to edenia.com/eden-ia and pick Trial, Basic or Pro. The button takes you to the order page of CR Servers, Edenia's hosting company, which handles payment and invoicing for eden·IA. See Plans and pricing.
2. Order on CR Servers
- Check the plan and the monthly total (13% VAT is added).
- Create your CR Servers account, or sign in if you already have one, and verify your email.
- Pay by card, SINPE Móvil or bank transfer. The trial needs no payment.
Your eden·IA account is created as soon as the payment is confirmed (right away for the trial).
3. Accept the invitation
Within a few minutes you receive an email from Edenia with an invitation to the dashboard. Open it, create your password or use Sign in with Google, and you are in. See Sign in.
4. Set up your assistant
The dashboard guides you with a checklist: add your website so the assistant learns about your business, write its greeting and choose a voice, set your office hours and who answers first, then press Test your assistant to try it in the browser. See Setup checklist.
5. Go live
- Phone line (Basic and Pro). Edenia assigns your Costa Rica number (+506) after the payment. The carrier's verification takes a few business days; we tell you when it is active and how to forward your existing number if you prefer.
- WhatsApp (Basic and Pro). Edenia connects your business WhatsApp with you. Meta's approval can take from days to a few weeks; until then you can use the browser test and the demo WhatsApp.
- Trial. Browser test, the voice widget for your website and Edenia's demo WhatsApp. We also ask for your company documents during the trial, so your Costa Rica number is ready the day you choose a plan.
Good to know
- One email address can own one eden·IA account. To bring colleagues in, invite them from Team once you are inside. See Invite and manage your team.
- If the invitation email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact Edenia support.
